Sullivan County Fabrication was founded in January of 2016 as part of the Resnick Group. The Resnick Group founded in 1995 is a group of individual companies primarily serving the Super Market Industry in providing Freezer/ Refrigeration cases and all related parts. Sullivan County Fabrication was conceived to produce many of these sheet metal parts including heavy duty steel shelving to bring the work locally instead of to other areas. Since then, it has become a leader in providing steel shelving and has developed its own Trademark Brand of “Real Steel” shelving.

In order to accomplish this, a brand-new factory was built containing new state of the art sheet metal fabrication equipment. With the purchase of this Amada equipment of Automated Laser Cutting, Press Brakes (One Robotic Fed), and Welders, Sullivan County Fabrication entered into the modern age of sheet metal fabrication. All designs are made in Solidworks 3D software and sent through the network to the equipment required to produce a very accurate and repeatable product. From small attachement clips to large steel shelving, Sullivan County Fabrication does it all.

In addition to the fabrication equipment Sullivan County Fabrication has also built a fully automated Powder Coating Paint Line. This line consists of parts washing, powder spray booths, and a high temp cure oven. It produces a quality consistent coating on parts that is both visually appealing and wear resistant.
